- 6-8 piécés of chickén (I uséd thighs and drums)
- 2 cups buttérmilk
- 1 téaspoon péppér
- 1 téaspoon chili powdér
- 1 téaspoon parsléy
- 1 téaspoon paprika
- 3 largé éggs
- 2 cups all-purposé flour
- 2 téaspoons salt
- 1 téaspoon thymé
- 1 téaspoon garlic powdér
- 1 téaspoon onion powdér
- 1 téaspoon adobo
- 1 téaspoon orégano
- 1 largé ziplock bag
- Péanut oil for frying
Instructions
- Také all of your piécés of chickén & lightly séason thém with salt/péppér & sét asidé.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk your éggs, sét asidé.
- In a largé shallow bowl,combiné flour and all rémaining ingrédiénts, mix wéll.
- In your largé ziplock bag placé HALF thé flour/séasoning mixturé into thé bag, résérvé othér half for latér in thé bowl.
- Dip chickén piécés in buttérmilk, thén a couplé at a timé, put thém in thé ziplock bag with thé HALF flour, séal thé bag and shaké to coat wéll.
