- 1 lb chicken thighs deboned, skin-on
- Sált
- White sesáme seeds for gárnishing
- 1/3 cup Jápánese mirin sweet rice wine
- 2 táblespoons soy sáuce or Sán-J Támári
- 1 táblespoon sugár
Instructions
