One-pot prawn and noodle stir-fry recipe


Have dinner prepared in minutes with this straightforward prawn stir-fry instruction. A squeeze of chili sauce offers it a deliciously hot kick, whereas crisp pak choi and silken egg noodles add texture and depth

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 x 175g packs raw peeled prawns
  • 2 x 250g pack pak choi, roughly chopped
  • 2 x 375g packs cooked egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha chilli sauce, plus extra to serve
